SYNOPSIS
Lin Yu, insulted by his girlfriend Ye Yiran's mother, Shen Yan, for being poor, accidentally triggers a switch on his father's heirloom, transporting him into a virtual space. There, he teams up with a future scientist, Old Tian, to exchange natural resources for future technology. After returning to the real world, Ye Yiran is forced to date Li Hongcai, prompting Lin Yu to win her back and earn a bride price by selling a future super battery to Jidian Group, causing a stir in the tech world. At the super battery's launch, Lin Yu is ridiculed, but the chairman of Jidian, Xu Wen, supports him and punishes those who mocked him. Li Hongcai, harboring resentment, tries to stop Lin Yu from being with Ye Yiran, even going as far as kidnapping her.
